How a number is arrived at: a short conversation about those three, then a fixed price in writing before any work begins.
Two maintenance plans - Essentials and Growth. Both include security and dependency updates tested before they go live, off-site backups with restore tests, and uptime, SSL and broken-link monitoring. Essentials includes 30 minutes of content edits a month and a first reply within three business days. Growth includes two hours of edits, weekly backups and link checks, a quarterly analytics summary, and a first reply within one business day.
Optional and month-to-month. Hosting, domain and booking accounts stay in your name on your own card, so nothing is held hostage if you stop.

About
Hi - I'm Sungin Kim.
Founder
I'm a firmware engineer by trade. My day job is embedded systems and FPGA, where a bug ships inside the hardware and can't be quietly patched afterward - that's where the habit of checking everything twice comes from, and it's the part of me that shows up in client work.
I came to the web sideways. During COVID a friend was working through a coding bootcamp, and I started learning web development so I could actually be useful to him. After years spent down among ones and zeros, building something you could see and click on was a relief - and, unexpectedly, fun. I liked it enough to keep going, and I've been taking on web contract work ever since, building and fixing sites for clients alongside the day job.
Last November I got serious about AI - less as a headline, more as a way of working. I've built a number of AI projects since then, documented openly at ArkNode Labs, and I use those tools daily on client sites. The judgment, the review, and the final call stay mine; the tooling is simply why a studio this size can turn a site around in weeks rather than months.
What you get is me, in the LA Area, writing the code myself, answering my own email, and still around when you need a change six months from now.
